Group meetings will provide naturopathic health tips, recipes and food samples, ideas for detoxing your home, exercises for body, mind & spirit as well as time for reviewing successes and challenges each week. Yoga classes give an opportunity to move and breathe and practice integrating all parts of you. The One Degree book and Guide provide daily guidance through the actual 21-day cleanse and your transition into a new normal of daily nutrition. The Facebook group will be another source for tips, recipes and support through the month.
If you can't make some of the meetings or yoga classes, it's okay! (I know Midland's spring break will have many out of town the first week of April.) The actual food and supplement program is 21 days long. With 5 Wednesdays in April, we are able to provide support to get you started down this path no matter when you actually begin the 3-week program. The Facebook group will also keep you in the loop even if you miss a class.
